Our early years

At Thanet Primary School, we firmly believe that the first few years of a child’s education are vital for igniting their intellectual curiosity and promoting a lifelong love of learning. In the EYFS, we lay the foundations for future learning and equip our pupils with the knowledge, confidence and skills to thrive, progress and achieve their potential; our aim is to support our pupils to demonstrate resilience, creativity and independence. We have a highly skilled team who ensure that our youngest pupils are provided with the highest quality early learning experience through a carefully planned curriculum and provision which reflects and responds to the needs and interests of our pupils.

Our Early Years is comprised of a Nursery and two Reception classes. Visits are warmly welcomed.  If you have any questions about our provision or would like to arrange a tour, please email the school office.
